My office mates and I usually order from Pizza Chef at least 1 or 2 a week. Every time we order there is something wrong with one or more of the orders. We have only called 1 time to complain and that was the biggest mistake we ever made!!! Instead of being concerned about what was wrong with the order the gentleman yelled at us on the phone and asked what we expected him to do about it. He then hung up on us. At this point we just decided we would not order from this establishment any more and assumed it was over. Well, we were wrong...about thirty minutes later a gentleman showed up and tried to refund a fraction of our money. We told him thank you but just keep it for his trouble, assuming he was just a delivery guy. Well, he threw the money in the ash tray by the door and turned to leave. We asked him what his name was and he said, "Brian". We then asked him who the owner was and he said he was! This was absolutely the worst experience any of us has ever had. It was very unprofessional and immature. |
