Good pizza is one thing but being a jerk is another that definately supercedes the pizza. I'll never go back and I'll tell every one I know, and every review I can write. |

Unless you like cold pizza do not order a delivery, they say it will take 45 minutes, count on 1.5-2 hours. When we have complained they always say they are so busy and the boss will not hire more drivers. The one night the pizza was delivered in 2 hours we were credited ½ off our next pizza. Basically, the service is very poor - as one of the guys once told me when I complained about the service, "we are all off the 'short bus' here".
Order, and pick it up. Not a place to eat out at. Pizza is not the best but better than many in the valley. The pazzookie is quite good. |

They nickel and dime you for everything. Service was horrible. After ordering a slice of pizza with one topping and a 32 oz. soda I was quoted $6 as my price. I gave the server $10 and was only given $3 back. I inquired about the discrepancy and was told that he "forgot about tax". I asked for a receipt and the charges were as follows:
Slice w/ 1 topping: $3.99
Box: $.35
32 oz Coke: $1.50
Subtotal: 5.84
Tax: $.47
Delivery: $1
Total: $7.31
2 major discrepancies. The first is the fact that I dined in, negating the $1 delivery charge. The second was the $.35 box charge. I never received a box. I asked the server about these charges, in which they gave me my dollar back for the delivery charge, but said that the box charge was a "tax" and that I didn't understand how the computer program worked. The funny thing is that the receipt was simply a formality, because I wasn't actually charged what was on the receipt. It was a very disappointing experience. |
