Sure I'm from Chicago. I grew up on Pizza. From Leona's and Father and Son to the corner pizza joint, Chicagoans know their pizza. But don't be fooled. Not everyone in Chicago like deep dish pizza. I grew up with micoscopically thin, crispy crust. the pie itself cut into squares instead of triangles. Dripping with grease, yet a crispy crust even after a 15 minute drive through the snow to deliver.
The Pizza Place offers a great variety of Pizza, cooked just like you like it. Thin crust or thick with fantastic sauce and fresh ingredients, this is Chicago Pizza in the High Desert. |
