Eleni's, located on the main highway in town, is a little bit of Greece in Hotchkiss - and handmade pizza too. The menu features a variety of traditional Greek foods, including souvlaki, tadziki, huumus, spanokopita, Greek salad, tabouli, gyros, pastizio and baklava (to name only a few). Dinner specials include grilled salmon, lamb, lasagna (not Greek, but an Eleni special) and a wide variety of other choices. A local favorite is the large basket of sweet potato fries.

The bakery counter has an assortment of pastries like lemon bars, chocolate tort, brownies and cheesecake. Deli items include a selection of olive oils, Eleni's mustards, Greek olives and Bulgarian sheep's milk feta
Full bar has wine list and specialty drinks like blueberry-tinis (blueberry martinis) and Greek spirits.
