People wonder why the food tastes great and the service stinks. The reason is simple. The management sucks. They talk down to their employees, act unprofessional and care for nothing but their own needs. They don't care about the customers as well as their employees. The management is a sorry bunch of fools who will go no further than working for Bertucci's. The restaurant I experienced went though over 15 new managers within the course of 2 years. Each one worse than the one before. There were a few good ones within that time but they quit once they discovered the truth about this sad restaurant. Yeah, maybe the food tastes ok but if you worked there you would never put your mouth to that food again. |

I cannot understand how the food can be so great and the service so poor. I stopped going to the restaurant and started ordering thru the carryout and even the service in the carryout sucks. When you have to wait 45 min for a pizza forget it. Bye, Bye.

I love Bertuccis. My only recommendation is that they start using spaghetti. Right now, they only have rigatoni, gemelli, and linguini. |
