Jun 14th, 2004 |

On June 5 2004, our family dined in at this location. We were terribly put off by the type of service we received. We ordered two four-for-alls. Our order was placed on someone elses table by another waitress. She argued with the customers that the pizza was indeed theirs. We watched the lady take her salad fork out of her mouth and take a piece of one of the pizzas with that fork after licking it clean. Our waitress went to the table and said it was ours and then brought it to our table. she expected us to eat it. We refused the pizza. She took it to the counter and wanted another pizza. The girl in the back argued with her for quite some time, "there is nothing wrong with this pizza" she says. After quite a long debate, she then took the pizza to the other end of the counter, put half of the pizza we ordered and then refused, because someone else had fingered it, put it on a different box and served it to us anyway. We feel that kind of service is very poor. How would you like to eat food that someone else had their dirty silverware and fingers in? We were treated very poorly at our visit. If you are going to have people of that nature who are going to serve food that has been denied the first time at least don't do it in front of the customers themselves. Not only were we grossed out, but so were two other tables full of customers. |
