Pizza is all about the crust, which in turn is all about the oven -- the hotter the better. Good pizza cannot be made in a 500 degree gas oven. Punch has a very hot wood oven, authentic tasting crust, fresh tomatoes and, for an additional fee, imported Mozarella di Bufala (buffalo milk cheese). Other toppings are lesser quality and overpriced; skip them. The only size is individual (10 inch), which increases the tab.
The oven is so hot, it cooks a pizza in less than two minutes and burns one in a few seconds more. Beware of burnt crusts, like the one they delivered to my wife.
After eating real pizza, you won't be happy with the flabby crust, canned sauce and rubbery cheese sold elsewhere. |
