I cannot find a good thin crust in Michigan, which is my residence. I enjoy Minnesota's thin crust pizza and especially Broadway Pizza. It has a great flavor and cutting it into small squares solves the potential problem of limp pizza wedges. A good crunch to the pieces even with pepperoni grease soaked through. |

Disappointed. Wouldn't take a check at the door. Just moved from Idaho. I'll never go back or get delivery again. |

The Broadway pizza in Robbinsdale MN. decided not to change its recipe along with the corporate takeover of the rest of the Broadway Station (formerly Broadway Pizza). The owner demanded the recipe originally made by John Spalachi in the 1950s. It is still a true Chicago style Italian Pizza. There is always the Chicago "purest" to tell you it is not Chicago pizza, but most of them will still admit it is at least closest they have come to the genuine article in Minnesota. |
