I tried Burke St. Pizza for the first time last week, and am hooked. It's the best pizza I have eaten in Winston-Salem. Great tasting sauce, fresh pepperoni (not that frozen/cardboard taste that you sometimes get from the chain pizza places). I haven't tried anything except the pizza so far, but the pizza is awsome.
The "ratings" below for service/ambiance aren't really applicable (based on the choices for a response) since this was a delivery. |

If you are looking for good, real, pizza in the Triad, go to Burke Street Pizza. Awesome crust and awesome sauce. If you want to try something a little different, the Voo Doo Pizza (spicy chicken and sausage with red, green, and banana peppers) is unbelievably good! Also excellent sandwiches, both hot and cold. Check them out, as a NJ native, this is some of the best Italian food in the Triad! |
