La Piazza is the best restaurant in Allentown, I know... I have been there more than 20 times, and if that's not enough for you, go on a friday night and ask any of the 150 happy customers that come out of the restaurant. Staff is excellent, and the food is authentic and excellent. The bottom line is that everyone that goes to La Piazza goes back and you could never say the same about D'Matias or Phil's subs. |

La Piazza is not bad, but its not at all the best Italian food in the Allentown area much less New Jersey. For Italian dishes, not pizza, try going to Phil's II Sub Shop. If you have more time, venture out of Allentown into the Chambersburg section of Trenton. That's where you get the best Italian in central Jersey if not the state. As for the wings, give me a break. My dad is from Buffalo, so I've had the best and I can't believe anyone would say Cluck U wings are even good. For the best Buffalo-style wings (hot wings) that I have had outside of Buffalo go to Chuck's Cafe in Hamilton Square. Now those are amazing wings. No doubt that La Piazza is not a bad restaurant to have, especially in the small town of Allentown, but it's only their take-out for me. If I plan on eating there's plenty of places that are better |

I know it's an Italian Restaurant, and the brick oven pizza is super good, but now they have CluckU Wings and they are the best wings I've had in NJ! the sauce isn't traditional. It's a little barbeque-y, but the wings are so crunchy and good it makes up for it. |

The service is so friendly, we had the nicest waitress last Saturday night. She was very accomodating to my mentally challenged son. The food is wonderful, I definitely recommend the chicken piccata, it was great!!
Overall this is a great family restaurant! |
