You can go all around Monmouth County, check out the "hot spots", but this is the place you will always come back to. The food is old world Italian, and always delicious. It comes out plentiful, steaming, and tasty. Whatever you order you won't be sorry!!! |

I was lucky enough to eat here this weekend as I was in Manalapan for a soccer tournament. It was my first visit. I had the homemade lasagna, which was not only a 5-star dish, but a huge portion. The service staff is a group of professional, courteous, and very attractive girls who were super. I would return here again any time I was in the area. What a great find!!!! |

I eat at Basiles four times a week.
They have wonderful servers, and are very kid friendly. My favorite dishes are grilled salmon, and broccoli rabe and sausage over linguini. |

Basiles is a family owned restaurant, it has great home cooked food. I would say the food is traditional Italian. It is comfort food (feel good food). I always judge a restaurant on the feeling I get from dining there or if I crave certain dishes after I dined there and at Basiles I always need a fix, they have unbelievable seafood Fra Dablo, their pizza is old world Brooklyn good! Try it you will love it! |
