When Tony the original ower left, the food and the pizza changed. It's now very expensive and the food is not consistant. The Waitresses are very nice but the new owners are very arrogant. They are constantly taking down to the workers and make it very obvious. The pizza was the best around, now the sauce and the dough seem to be different. The old owners were so nice we miss them. My family is done with Gervasios. |

Have to agrees with the "Worst Waitresses in the World" review. Food was very good, nice Italian place. But the first time we went, we waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. The next, and last time, it was 30 minutes. |

I've been here about 10 times. Food here is better than average, but the waitresses have no clue. If you're not a regular, the staff pretends you don't exist. |
