Unbelievably, an excellent restaurant. My girlfriend and I kick started the evening by going here first and it made our entire evening exciting to say the least. We could hardly wait for the next dish to be bought out. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thumbs up for the service and the food. Do expect a wait to be seated- being that it is a very popular place. |

Our family has been going to Andiamo's restaurant for over 8 years. Each time we go we are treated to excellent food, extremely friendly atmosphere, and terrific service. Don and Linda make their place everyone's home. Tomorrow nite we will go to their comedy nite, which promises to be terrific. Kudos to Andiamos. |

We decided to try Andiamo's for my husband's birthday (a big one!), and arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night. The crowds hadn't quite arrived yet, and the owner told us we had a fifteen minute wait. Forty-five minutes later we noticed others who had arrived long after we did, had been seated. Our neighbors who had recommended the place arrived thirty minutes after us and were busily eating their stingbeans and strawberries while we continued to wait in the crowded bar area. An elderly gent informed us that Andiamo's has a child policy - we would only be seated at certain tables in the back. After an hour had passed, (my five year old son was getting very restless and hungry at this point), I questioned the maitre 'd who told me the owner was at this very moment checking on our table. Finally, one hour and fifteen minutes later, I approached the owner explaining that several people who had arrived long after us had been seated, and that my son really had waited longer than was fair. Unaffected, he said that's the way it was "We have a family policy here." Well, this was not the case when we walked in - then he told us with a smile, "Fifteen minutes". I think the policy is really a discrimination one not a family one - regulars only please. We walked out - how long does one wait?! The food may be good (we will never know.), but the manners are lacking and frankly low class. |

I've visited the restaurant twice recently and still have yet to find what all the fuss is about. The food was good, but not astounding. The service was fair, but not exceptional. We sat in the dining room both times and have issue with the noise level. Maybe I'll try it one more time and try another section of the restaurant! |
