and both times we found it friendly and the beer cold. I haven't eaten there but it is a fun laid back place to kill a few hours. |

The beer was cold and the music was hot at the Colfax Tavern 26 April as the Tavern had it's first dance of the year. Rosie Flores and her band were excellent. The women from around this part of the country are more than willing to dance and have a good time. The taveren is full of friendly folks, all having a great time. What a great, great evening. Nothing like a good ole honky tonk! |

I spent a wonderful day at Cold Beer, NM talking with ranchers from the area and had a pretty darn good green chile cheeseburger. Cold beer, great company, and good music in the evening. Not many of these Mom & Pop places left. |
