The food is all right, not outstanding. The help is all right, but not outstanding. The decor is...well, you guessed it...all right, but not outstanding. That is how I would have to describe the entire restaurant- all right, but not outstanding. It is a good place to go if you don't feel like waiting in line for a long time because the restaurant is large. Also, it is never hard to find a parking spot. |

Customer Service/Employee Relations sure have taken a turn for the worse at this franchise.
There are many other fine (established), Bar & Grill Restaurants and Pizzeria's in the area that are more reasonably priced where a customer isn't subjected to this kind of behavior. |
